Cancellation Policy

Locks Salon and Barbershop Cancellation policies are presented in the interest of providing excellent service to our established and future guests.

Your appointment is very important to us, and is reserved especially for you. At Locks Salon and Barbershop we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the appointment time. Guests on our waiting list miss the occasion to receive their services as well. As a courtesy, we send a text message to remind you of your appointment time because we know how easy it is to forget an engagement you booked weeks ago. However if we can not reach you, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • We are now requiring a service charge of $30.00 or 50% whichever is greater for all chemical services that will be applied to your service at your appointment time.
  • NO SHOWS will be required to reserve future appointments with a credit card. Two consecutive NO SHOWS may result in your credit card being charged up to 100% of your reserved service. A NO SHOW is classified as someone that cancels in under 24 hours, same day of the appointment, or simply does not show up at the appropriate scheduled time.
  • Appointments made for the next day need to be cancelled before the end of the same business day or may be charged up to 50% of the reserved service amount.
  • All appointments that require a large amount of time, or specialty appointments, may need to be reserved with a credit card.
